Khamenei: Resistance today more prosperous and hopeful
The Leader of Iran Ayatollah Ali Khamenei meets with the family of Martyr Soleimani, and says that the General is more dangerous to his enemies as a martyr than he was as a commander.
Iran's Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, said on Saturday that the assassins of Martyr Qassem Soleimani will be “among the forgotten of history and will be lost in the dustbin of history, of course, after repaying their crime in this world."
His remarks came during a meeting in which he received the martyr's family on the second anniversary of his martyrdom, wherein he said that Soleimani was the most popular figure in Iran and the Islamic World.
It is thanks to the blessings of martyrs Qassem Soleimani and Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis, and their companions, that the US has fled Afghanistan, and were forced to feign their pullout from Iraq and declare their advisory and non-combat role. However, he said, "our Iraqi brothers must follow this issue with vigilance."
Enemies thought by martyring Soleimani, Abu Mahdi & their comrades everything is over. But today US has fled Afghanistan. Resistance is progressing in Yemen. The enemies are stuck in Syria, Lebanon and Iraq. The Resistance movement is more thriving and hopeful than 2 years ago.

Ayatollah Khamenei called General Soleimani an “enduring and everlasting reality”, and stressed that his killers, like former US president Donald Trump and others, will be “among the forgotten of history and will be lost in the dustbin of history, of course, after repaying their crime in this world".
As for Yemen, the Iranian leader said that the Resistance front is advancing: In Syria "the enemy is paralyzed without hope for the future, and in general, the resistance and anti-colonial current in the region is more prosperous, buoyant and hopeful than two years ago.”
A symbol of hope
The Ayatollah clarified that Martyr Soleimani "is a symbol of hope, self-confidence, courage and the secret of endurance and victory in our region, and as some have rightly said, Martyr Soleimani is more dangerous to his enemies than Commander Soleimani."
Ayatollah Khamenei considered that truth and devotion are symbols of Soleimani's school, and noted that the martyr is a role model for the region's youth.
The anniversary, he said, is both a national and international event, and added that the observation of the popular events held to commemorate the general's martyrdom in Iran shows that the Iranian people truly appreciate this great martyr.
General Soleimani's family gifts the leader one of his writings
The martyr's family gifted Ayatollah Khamenei one of the Soleimani's writings, wherein he expressed his longing for martyrdom.
The Iranian Foreign Ministry declared yesterday that the martyrdom of Al-Quds Force Commander, General Qassem Soleimani, and the deputy head of the Popular Mobilization Forces, Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis, along with their companions, not only strengthened the capabilities of the Resistance Axis, but also enhanced Iran's internal front in terms of national cohesion and unity.
Iran is preparing for the launching of a week-long event to commemorate his martyrdom, including a January 7 display of their "missile capabilities."
