Khamenei: The West is gravely failing in Iran
Iranian Leader Ali Khamenei affirms that the Western goal to turn Iranians against the establishment failed.
At a ceremony marking the 33rd anniversary of the passing of Imam Khomeini, Iranian Leader Ali Khamenei hailed Tehran’s success in achieving impressive results in various fields.
Furthermore, the Iranian leader stressed that the enemy is making the same mistakes as before by wrongly believing that they can cause public dissent in the country.
"By launching psychological warfare, recruiting mercenaries, and staging media campaigns against Iran, they attempt to set people against the Islamic establishment.
“Iranians' interest in the Islamic Revolution and the Islamic establishment is growing by the day, as evidenced by the funeral procession for Iran's Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani”, he added.

Khamenei went on to remind the public of the atrocities committed by the West for the past three centuries, plundering nations from Asia all the way to Africa and South America.
On the seizure of an Iranian oil tanker by Greece, the Iranian leader affirmed that the US government ordered the Greek government to seize the Iranian oil tanker and steal Iranian oil.
On May 27, the US ordered Greece to seize the oil on an Iranian-flagged tanker near Greece, with the cargo set to be sent to the US through another ship. Originally, the Pegas ship was Russian-flagged, but has changed its flag to an Iranian one to avoid EU and US sanctions over the war in Ukraine.
In response, Iran's Coast Guard seized two Greek oil tankers, the Delta Poseidon and the Prudent Warrior, off the coast of Aslaviyeh and Bandar Lengeh, a mere two days after Greece's "international piracy", as described by the head of the Mediterranean and East European affairs at Iran's Foreign Ministry.
