Israeli Knesset member Naama Lazimi was reportedly injured amid the impact of the explosion of a stun grenade thrown by Israeli occupation police at demonstrators in Tel Aviv.

On Monday night, Israeli settlers flooded Tel Aviv to protest Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's handling of the war on Gaza, particularly after six Israeli captives died by Israeli gunfire during an IOF rescue attempt.

Latest estimations show that almost 700,000 settlers participated in the protests across "Israel", with half a million of them blocking Kaplan Street, a major autoroute in central Tel Aviv.

Lazimi, in a post on X, said that Israeli police threw a stun grenade at her and her counselor in a series of attacks against protesters allegedly standing on the sidelines and not clashing with police officers.

"The grenades were thrown towards both sides where the demonstrators were standing in complete surprise and without any advance warning," she wrote.

She went on to criticize the suppression of the protests by police, saying, "A police force that throws stun grenades at protesters from close range and without control is a police force that endangers public peace and harms public health intentionally and contrary to the law."
