Martyrdom of an 80-year-old Palestinian assaulted by the IOF
An 80-year-old Palestinian is martyred as a result of a brutal assault by the Israeli occupation forces north of Ramallah.
An 80-year-old Palestinian man, Omar Abdul Majeed Asaad, suffered from barbaric Israeli brutality and was left to die in a building under construction.
The head of the municipal council in the village of Jiljilya, Fouad Fattoum, said that the old Palestinian man was martyred after being cruelly arrested by the Israeli occupation forces, which stormed the village.
Fattoum provided detailed information about the crime, stressing that Assad was arrested with his hands violently tied behind his back with black zip-tie handcuffs, inflicting injuries and unbearable pain on the old man.
The attack was heinous, as 80-year-old Omar Assaad was blindfolded, beaten and assaulted, before being left lying on the ground in an under-construction building until he passed away.

Such inhumane crimes are being committed on daily basis against Palestinians by the Israeli occupation forces (IOF).
The head of the municipal council in the village went on to say that the residents transferred Assad to the Palestine Medical Complex in Ramallah for treatment, but he arrived a dead body to the hospital."

On its account, the Palestinian Mujahideen Movement said that "the martyrdom of the 80-year-old Palestinian man and the cruelty of occupation soldiers’ assault is a new Zionist crime which will be added to the chronicle of the enemy's atrocities against our people."
“This crime will not be ignored," it stressed.
