In Gaza Government Media Office's update, it said that the Israeli occupation military killed 22 Palestinians, including orphaned children and widowed women, in the al-Zaytoun School massacre.

The media office in Gaza reported that the attack targeted the al-Zaytoun C school, resulting in at least 22 martyrs, including 13 children, six women, and a fetus at three months of pregnancy. It emphasized that this massacre is part of the ongoing genocide perpetrated by the Israeli occupation, which has now bombed a total of 181 displacement and shelter centers.

It warned about the considerable difficulties and challenges facing the health sector in the Gaza and North governorates, which together accommodate 700,000 people. It emphasized that the remaining hospitals in these areas "are unable to sufficiently provide health and medical services due to the occupation's destructive strategy targeting the health system as a whole."

Hamas described these unprecedented crimes as a blatant violation of all human values and international laws, characterizing them as "a continuation of brutal genocide, backed by military and political support from the US administration."

The movement asserted that this situation places a moral, humanitarian, and legal challenge before the global conscience and international institutions, calling for action to confront "the aggression of the Zionist occupation," halt its crimes, and hold its leaders accountable.
