Moscow opens probe into Western involvement in 'financing terrorism'
The investigation aims to establish links between Western companies operating in Ukraine and their funds that are suspected to be utilized to finance terroristic operations in Russia.
Moscow announced the launch of a criminal case against suspected Western involvement in terrorist actions in Russia.
The Russian Investigative Committee revealed on Tuesday that Western funds allocated for Ukraine were used to finance and conduct terrorist operations in Russia, saying it was "investigating the sources of income" estimated at millions of dollars and the "involvement of specific individuals from government officials and public commercial organizations of Western countries.”
The investigation itself aims to affirm that links do exist between foreign companies operating in Ukraine and the acts committed against Russia, which have been targeting prominent political figures inside and outside the country.
Among the suspected enterprises was Burisma Holding, an oil and gas company that has employed Hunter Biden, Joe Biden's son. It was speculated that recent funds received by the company, which has been operating in Ukraine, were then used to carry out operations that fall under terrorism in Russia.
In March 2022, the Russian Ministry of Defense pointed out that Hunter was involved in financing the infamous bio-laboratories in Ukraine through his investment fund, Rosemont Seneca.
According to the Russians, the foundation is associated with Metabiota and Black & Veatch, which supply equipment to Pentagon biolabs around the world.
The information also mentioned that the Los Alamos National Laboratory is the scientific curator of America's program in Ukraine and also develops nuclear weapons as part of the Manhattan Project, which produced the first US nuclear weapons during World War II.
The Bidens' suspicious international activity
It is worth noting that Hunter had been the focal point of skepticism about controversial international dealings, a move Joe Biden slammed as a "baseless" stunt.
The chairs of the House Oversight and Judiciary Committees, Jim Jordan and James Comer, have ordered that the White House send forward "all documents and communications sent or received by employees of the Executive Office of the President regarding the deposition of Hunter Biden," to detect whether Joe Biden had influenced, obstructed, or impeded the committee's advancement concerning the potential criminal acts involving his son, as well as his foreign business dealings.
“In light of an official statement from the White House that President Biden was aware in advance that his son, Hunter Biden, would knowingly defy two congressional subpoenas, we are compelled to examine as part of our impeachment inquiry whether the President engaged in a conspiracy to obstruct a proceeding of Congress," the Republican chairmen stated in a formal letter to the White House.
The aforementioned statement was stimulated by comments made by White House spokesperson Karine Jean-Pierre to the press on December 13, during which she said the President was fully aware of "what his son was going to say [concerning his family cashing in on the Biden name]."

Foreigners linked to Crocus City Hall attack detained in Dagestan
The current investigation was also triggered by the terrorist attack that targeted the Crocus Hall concert in Moscow, which has been linked to Western and Ukrainian forces.
The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) announced last week that foreign nationals arrested in Dagestan were involved in financing and supplying terrorists in the Crocus City Hall attack on March 22.
On March 31, 2024, the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) in the Republic of Dagestan thwarted the operations of a terrorist group comprised of four foreign nationals. The group had been planning a terrorist attack in Kaspiysk targeting crowded areas. The individuals conducted surveillance of the location, constructed an improvised explosive device, and acquired automatic firearms. Following the planned attack, they intended to flee Russia.
"It was also established that the detained militants were directly involved in financing and providing terror means to the perpetrators of the terrorist act committed on March 22, 2024, in the Crocus City Hall concert hall in Moscow," the FSB said in a statement.
