On the occasion of Al-Quds Day, Hezbollah Secretary-General hails "the sacrifices of the Palestinian people" and calls for their appreciation by every Muslim and free person in this world.

In his speech during a celebration held on the occasion of International Al-Quds Day, Sayyed Nasrallah saluted “the tens of thousands who gathered for the Friday prayers in Al-Aqsa Mosque and the stationed men and women in its courtyards." He also hailed all those who participated in the commemoration of this day. “We salute the millions and hundreds of thousands of fasting people who celebrated Al-Quds Day in the Iranian and Yemeni cities," he said.

Sayyed Nasrallah said the sacrifices of the Palestinian people should be appreciated by every human conscience and the conscience of every Muslim and every free person in this world, noting that "this is an occasion to highlight the patience and high readiness for sacrifice, the legendary steadfastness, and the outstanding operations of the Palestinians."

The Secretary-General also pointed out that "America, the West, the Zionist movement, and all those who side with them exerted every effort to consolidate the entity and turn it into the key area in this region," adding that all these were staking on the idea that time is capable of making the Palestinians forget their land and the Arabs forget the Palestinian cause, but today "we confirm that their stake has failed."

Sayyed Nasrallah touched on Israeli criminality against the Palestinian people, saying they had worked on spreading despair among the people since 1948 through their massacres against the peoples of the region.

"All of the ammunition, the weapons, and the blood of the martyrs tell the world that the Israeli attempts at sowing despair have failed [...] attempts at exhausting [the people] are happening in several countries in the region, but [the enemy] has failed to achieve its goals despite the sanctions, the embargoes, the wars, and the terrorist organizations," Sayyed Nasrallah underlined.

He also praised Iran for its anti-normalization stance, asking, "If Iran came out today and told the United States it would accept normalization, would it have suffered from this blockade and these conspiracies?" He also cited Iranian leader Sayyed Ali Khamenei's words earlier today, saying they were proof of the "serious and absolute commitment to supporting Palestine and the resistance movements in the region."

In a similar vein, Sayyed Nasrallah stressed the importance of the Palestinian cause, saying it was "a part of our religion, beliefs, and dignity, and we are a people that cannot give up our beliefs, creed, or dignity."

The Secretary-General stressed that the Palestinian cause was not forgotten and the peoples of the region still had hope and a fight in them thanks to the resistance's ceaseless action.

"Armed resistance proved that Israel is conquerable, and it is not destined to last. It does not have superiority, and it has suffered from continuous defeats," Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah underlined.

"The path of resistance in the '48 territories and the West Bank, especially one-man solo operations, had a great impact on the [Israeli occupation]," he said, stressing that one-man solo operations represented a new escalation in the Resistance in occupied Palestine, and they scare the occupation because they do not need operation rooms or immense capabilities.

These operations, Sayyed Nasrallah highlighted, exposed the fragility of the Israeli occupation's security and the weakness of its security apparatus. He stressed that they also impacted the Israeli settlers' trust in their government and army, which has vast tremendous repercussions.

"The greatest achievements of these operations are that they nulled the equation of occupation and security, which is the basis of the entity [...] the Palestinians heading toward interconnection is something the Israelis fear, and the Battle of Seif Al-Quds has proven that [Al-Quds, the West Bank, and the '48 territories] are interconnected," Sayyed Nasrallah underscored.

The Secretary-General also reiterated the regional deterrence equation surrounding occupied Al-Quds, calling on the region's countries to voice a message, "The perishing of Al-Quds and its sanctities means the perishing of Israel." He also stressed the importance of fighting normalization, calling for the condemnation of normalizers and taking appropriate actions against them.

According to Sayyed Nasrallah, one of the utmost worst lies going around today is normalizing Arab states claiming that ties with "Israel" are for the benefit of the Palestinian people.

Speaking on a possible confrontation, Sayyed Nasrallah said, "I found out that Iran informed normalizing countries that any aggression against Iran from these countries will be responded to, and this message has made it to ["Tel Aviv"]... Iran could strike Israel directly, and its preludes are becoming greater by the day."

In a similar vein, Hezbollah leader underlined the importance of confronting normalization decisively in Iraq, while explaining that the defeat the US sustained in Afghanistan worried the Israeli occupation, "and the Russian-Ukrainian war also worried the occupation."

Toward the end of his speech, Sayyed Nasrallah threatened the Israeli occupation, warning "Tel Aviv" that during the past few weeks, "our resistance formations have been conducting silent exercises. When the Israeli exercises start, we will be at the highest level of preparedness, and any mistake or idiotic act will be met with a fast and direct response."
