Nearly 40% of Democratic voters oppose Biden rerun in 2024, poll
A poll conducted by Redfield & Wilton Strategies reveals that only around half of Democrat eligible voters are in favor of sitting US President Biden running for the 2024 elections
A poll conducted on November 17 by Redfield & Wilton Strategies revealed that only 51% of Democratic voters were in favor of US President Joe Biden running for reelection in 2024.
The poll, the results of which results were published by Newsweek, also found that 37% of the voters opposed him running again, while 12% said they did not know.
This comes despite the Democrats scoring better-than-anticipated results in the US midterm elections that took place last week, where they managed to keep a hold of the senate and maintain a large presence in the House of Representatives.
