Netanyahu: No ceasefire, fuel or aid without captives' release
This comes after Hamas spokesperson Abu Obeida reported earlier in the day that Hamas's efforts to release 12 captives were thwarted last week by Israeli authorities.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated on Tuesday that there will be no ceasefire, entry of workers from the Gaza Strip, or the passage of fuel into the area unless captives are released.
"I underscore that there will be no import of fuel, there will be no permission for workers to enter [from the Gaza Strip] and there will be no ceasefire without the release of hostages," Netanyahu said in a televised address.
Currently, in Gaza, electricity, clean water, and fuel have all run out, and there are no medical supplies or lifesaving treatments.
At least 15 hospitals and medical centers have been forced to stop operating, meaning that patients have to be transferred to the remaining hospitals, which are already overcrowded.

On another note, the resistance reported earlier today that Hamas's efforts to release 12 foreign captives last week were thwarted by the Israeli authorities.
US to supply "Israel" with Iron Dome systems
Meanwhile, a Pentagon official announced earlier today that the US is currently in the process of supplying "Israel" with Iron Dome systems.
"About the Iron Dome systems, we're in the process of providing those systems to Israel," Pentagon Deputy Press Secretary Sabrina Singh told reporters on Tuesday.
This comes as several news reports have reported over the past few days that some of the regime's missile interceptors have malfunctioned and allowed for resistance missiles to reach their targets.

On another note, the Wall Street Journal reported on Monday, citing documents reviewed by the newspapers, that the Biden administration is preparing a significant $320 million transfer of precision bombs for "Israel."
On October 31, the administration officially notified congressional leaders about the intended transfer of Spice Family Gliding Bomb Assemblies, a category of precision-guided munitions launched by aircraft, as per documents reviewed by the Wall Street Journal.
