Occupation Forces Storm the House of Al-Quds Governor, Assaults Him and Family
A force from the Israeli "Yamam Unit" assaulted the governor and his family in addition to arresting four young men.
The occupation forces stormed at dawn the house of the Governor of occupied al-Quds, Adnan Ghaith, assaulting him and his family, as reported by Al Mayadeen correspondent.
In the details, a force from the Israeli "Yamam Unit" stormed the Ghaith family's home in Silwan, arrested four young men, and severely battered Ghaith and his family members.
Furthermore, multiple confrontations erupted on Sunday evening in the neighborhoods and towns of al-Quds, in response to the settlers storming the Old City and threatening to carry out attacks on the city’s residents.
Occupation forces fired stun grenades at the homes and vehicles of residents in Silwan, while violent confrontations erupted at the Shuafat camp checkpoint, following a march that took place in the camp’s streets in support of the martyr Fadi Abu Shkhaydam.
The forces also stormed the town of Isawiya, where they arrested the young Palestinian Hussein Atiyye.
Dozens of young people and residents suffocated, as the forces threw grenades haphazardly at residential areas.
In tandem, dozens of settlers organized a provocative march in the streets of the Old City, starting from Bab al-Khalil to the Bab al-Silsila.
This comes after an Israeli soldier was killed and others were injured, following a shooting operation carried out by Fadi Abu Shkhaydam at Bab al-Silsila in occupied al-Quds.
