Palestine inscribed another epic in fight against 'Israel': Qaani

The commander of the IRGC's Quds Force, Esmail Qaani, lauds the resilience of the Palestinian people and underlines that the Israeli occupation was defeated due to the united front of the Axis of Resistance.

Brigadier General Esmail Qaani, the commander of the Islamic Revolution Guard Crops (IRGC)'s Quds Force, sent out a letter to the people of Palestine on the occasion of the Palestinian Resistance's victory against the Israeli occupation in Operation Avenging the Free launched in light of the latest round of aggression waged by "Israel" on the people of the Gaza Strip.

The letter reads as follows:

God almighty says in his holy book:

"[O believers!] March forth whether it is easy or difficult for you, and strive with your wealth and your lives in the cause of Allah. That is best for you, if only you knew" (Al-Tawbah 9:41)

Peace be upon the great Palestinian people whose resilience and steadfastness are increasing by the generation.

Peace be upon the people of blockaded Gaza and its honest freedom fighters who are creating their means of defense and freedom fighting despite the blockade and the many challenges they are facing.

Peace be upon the heroic freedom fighters in Holy Al-Quds, the West Bank, and across Palestine, who reigned resiliently and proved that the dawn of victory is almost upon us.

Peace be upon the families of the martyrs who are defending Al-Quds and the sanctities with determination and loyalty.

Peace be upon the Resistance factions, with their leaders and valiant freedom fighters who stood tall and strong in the face of the terror campaigns waged upon them, continuing to develop the power that frightened the enemy and achieved victory.

Peace be upon the freedom fighters and commanders in the Palestinian Resistance's Joint Operations Room in the Gaza Strip who led the battle in Operation Avenging the Free.

Dear leaders,

You have inscribed another epic in the fight against the Israeli enemy and the powers of global arrogance who stand behind it, proving once again that through your reliance on Allah Almighty and through your unwavering will and wisdom, you subdued the enemy and defeated it.

Through your unity and commitment to Allah's saying, "Surely Allah loves those who fight in His cause in [solid] ranks as if they were one concrete structure" (Al-Saf 61:4), you managed to add another victory to your long list of prideful victories, which pave the way toward the final victory, Allah willing.

I congratulate you and the Palestinian people, on my behalf and that of the leaders of the Islamic Republic of Iran and its faithful people, on this great victory. I also offer my condolences and congratulate you for the martyrdom of all the martyrs that God chose in this battle to attain one of the two best things: victory or martyrdom. I especially address the leaders some of whom were martyred alongside their wives and children to underscore with their honorable blood that we are part of a cause whose leaders stand on the front lines to combat fiercely and make sacrifices toward the cause. We also pray to Allah almighty to bless those wounded with a swift recovery.

I reiterate that the Islamic Republic of Iran continues to stand with the Palestinian people and their valiant resistance. It will continue to support the Axis of Resistance in all the capabilities available to it until the usurping Zionist entity is uprooted from the entire blessed Palestinian lands.

It is also necessary for me to wholeheartedly thank and voice my gratitude for the heroes of Hezbollah in Lebanon and the various Resistance movements and the free people of the region and the world as a whole for standing up to the crimes of the Zionist entity on the oppressed Palestinian land, as well as for supporting the patient Palestinian people and the resilient freedom fighters.

"Allah’s Will always prevails, but most people do not know" (Yusuf 12:21).

The Israeli occupation launched a five-day aggression against the Gaza Strip, targeting residential houses in the north, center, and south of the Strip.

In retaliation, Al-Quds Brigades and the Palestinian Resistance factions launched Operation Avenging the Free, in which it fired advanced rockets and missiles that bypassed the Iron Dome and targeted several Israeli settlements, occupied cities, and occupation sites.

According to the Palestinian Ministry of Health, the number of Palestinians killed in the aggression rose to 33 martyrs, including six children and three women, and 147 people were wounded.

The Joint Operations Room of the Palestinian Resistance Factions in Gaza said on Saturday that Operation Avenging the Free was a new chapter of glory that the Resistance fought as a unified structure.

In a statement, the Operations Room said although Operation Avenging the Free has ended, the banners will not and shall not be lowered, and the will to fight will not and shall not ever dwindle.
