Palestinian MoH calls for probe into 'Israel' burying Gazans alive
Mai al-Kaila demands an open international investigation following the IOF's grave crime of burying Palestinian refugees alive in the raid of the Kamal Adwan Hospital.
The Palestinian Minister of Health, Mai al-Kaila, called for an open investigation following the IOF's unlawfully grave crime of burying Palestinian refugees alive in the raid of the Kamal Adwan Hospital. According to reports, Israeli tanks stormed the courtyard where refugees had set up tents after being displaced, and while witnesses confirmed that there were people still inside, the Israeli war machine ran them down and buried them alive.
In a press statement, al-Kaila stressed the necessity of an international investigation to hold "Israel" accountable for the vile crimes its forces have been committing against Palestinians.
She also highlighted how "Israel" forced wounded Palestinians out of the hospital into the cold and attacked medical personnel, severely endangering the lives of patients and refugees in the hospital.
Al-Kaila also added that as a result of constant raids and attacks on the hospital, the southern wing has been destroyed. Since the raid, 12 incubated babies have been stuck inside with no water and no food, and "Israel" disallowed and prevented their evacuation.
Meanwhile, while doctors were holding a press conference outside Kamal Adwan Hospital to highlight Israeli crimes inside the Strip, Israeli occupation forces opened fire at the medical staff and forced them to disperse.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health said the Israeli occupation arrested five wounded Palestinians being attended to at the hospital, adding that the occupation controls the volume, quality, and destination of medical aid being brought into the Gaza Strip, including its hospitals.
Al-Qudra mentioned that the occupation forces obstructed medical teams from delivering healthcare to ten injured individuals in the emergency department, resulting in the unfortunate death of two of the wounded.
He further added that the occupation forces compelled medical teams to gather the wounded and care for children exclusively on the hospital's second floor while restricting access to water, food, electricity, and movement between departments.
Al-Qudra also explained that the occupation detained over 70 medical staff and wounded individuals, including the hospital's director, Dr. Ahmad al-Kahlot. Additionally, he mentioned that the occupation forces evacuated approximately 2,500 displaced people from inside the hospital to shelter centers, all under the threat of bombardment.
As of December 10, 21 out of Gaza Strip's 36 hospitals are out of service, 11 are operating partially, and four are minimally operational, according to the World Health Organization (WHO) data.
Meanwhile, the Health Ministry warned that 38 healthcare workers, including Dr. Mohammad Abu Salmiya, the director of Al-Shifa Medical Complex, remain detained by the Israeli occupation military under inhumane conditions.
