Al Mayadeen's Beirut Bureau Chief Roni Alfa: This Israeli aggression says that issue of negotiating with Lebanon is not on table, and that "Israel" will not abide by Resolution 1701.

Palestinian Resistance defends West Bank areas against IOF incursions

Palestinian media reports that several Israeli soldiers were wounded during confrontations with the Palestinian Resistance in the Balata refugee camp in Nablus.

Israeli occupation forces stormed several areas in the occupied West Bank throughout Saturday night till the early hours of Sunday, resulting in confrontations with Palestinian Resistance fighters defending the attacked towns and villages.

The Balata refugee camp in Nablus witnessed heavy battles between Palestinian Resistance groups and raiding Israeli occupation forces that continued for hours. Palestinian media reported that several Israeli soldiers were wounded during the confrontations.

The Palestinian Red Crescent reported that a 17-year-old boy was shot by Israeli forces during the incursion. The Red Crescent also confirmed that Israeli forces were firing at ambulances, preventing them from reaching injured individuals in the camp.

Several Palestinian Resistance groups in the refugee camp jointly confronted the storming occupation forces.

Coordinated operations were conducted between the Balata Brigades and Nablus Brigades - the al-Quds Brigades, Youth of Revenge and Liberation and Nablus Brigades - the al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, in addition to other Resistance factions.

The Nablus Brigades of both al-Quds Brigades and the al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades said in a statement that they targeted invading Israeli soldiers and military vehicles inside the camp with heavy gunfire and explosive devices.

Simultaneously with the incursion, a drone targeted one of the camp's alleys, according to Palestinian media.

Local sources said that the occupation military besieged a house in the Balata camp and targeted it with an Energa grenade. Additionally, Israeli forces planted explosives inside one of the camp's homes.

An Israeli military bulldozer ravaged Balata's infrastructure and streets, also destroying Palestinian cars and private properties.

Israeli occupation forces also stormed the city of Jenin, and the towns of Surif and Beit Ummar north of al-Khalil, and Qalandiya camp north of occupied al-Quds.

In Jenin, occupation forces stormed the town of Yamon, west of the city, leading to confrontations with Resistance fighters in the town.

During the incursion, Israeli forces detained Palestinian youth Mohammed Labadi, according to Palestinian media.

The Jenin Brigades - the Al-Quds Brigades announced targeting the occupation forces at the entrance to the town of Silat al-Harithiya village with explosive devices and heavy gunfire.

Resistance groups also confronted IOF storming the Qalandiya camp, where a fire was seen blazing through a residential building.
