Palestinian Resistance fighters confront Israeli raids in West Bank
Israeli occupation forces raid Palestinian homes during an incursion into the town of Jama'in, south of Nablus.
Israeli occupation forces withdrew from the town of Jama'in, south of Nablus in the occupied West Bank, following an extensive detainment campaign that lasted for hours, Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported on Monday.
The Israeli military had sent reinforcements to storm Jama'in, with the occupation forces raiding Palestinian homes during the incursion.
Meanwhile, Israeli media reported armed confrontations between Israeli occupation forces and Palestinian Resistance fighters in southern Jenin in the West Bank.
The Israeli Walla news website mentioned that forces from the Haruv patrol and border guards were operating in Qabatiya in southern Jenin, adding that confrontations occurred in the area, though no injuries were reported.
Earlier, the al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades in Jenin reported that its fighters were engaged in fierce confrontations with Israeli occupation forces invading the town of Qabatiya.
It is noteworthy that, since October 7, 2023, the Israeli occupation has intensified its aggression on West Bank cities, coinciding with its war on the Gaza Strip.
For the past eight months, the occupied West Bank has been witnessing near-daily raids by the Israeli occupation forces accompanied by widespread detainment campaigns, met with fierce resistance by the Palestinian youth.
Since October 7, the Israeli occupation forces have detained more than 9,000 Palestinians in the West Bank.
