Palestinian Resistance targets IOF positions in besieged northern Gaza
Undeterred, the Palestinian Resistance in Gaza continues to target the Israeli occupation forces in the besieged Strip.
The Palestinian Resistance in the Gaza Strip continues to target Israeli occupation forces on the 419th day of the Operation Al-Aqsa Flood.
The al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) movement, carried out coordinated strikes with a barrage of mortar shells, targeting several positions of Israeli occupation soldiers and their vehicles along their advancement routes in northern Gaza.
Meanwhile, the Martyr Omar al-Qassem Forces, the military wing of the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine (DFLP), announced that they successfully detonated a roadside explosive device targeting an Israeli armored personnel carrier in an operation conducted on Wednesday morning.
The group also confirmed that the blast caused casualties among the carrier’s crew, leaving them either killed or wounded, in the al-Jenina neighborhood east of Rafah, in southern Gaza.
As the resistance continues its operations against the Israeli occupation, inflicting further losses in personnel and equipment, the Israeli military acknowledged two days ago the death of a soldier in northern Gaza, which has been under siege for more than 50 days.
Meanwhile, criticism within the Israeli entity persists over the ongoing war on Gaza, with officials and analysts admitting the military's inability to eliminate the Resistance.
According to a report published on November 24 by the Israeli daily Yedioth Ahronoth, at least six Israeli soldiers have died by suicide in recent months, reportedly due to severe psychological distress caused by prolonged wars in the Gaza Strip and South Lebanon.
The investigation indicated that the actual number of suicides may be higher, as the Israeli military has not yet released official data despite promising to do so by the year’s end.
The report also pointed to a deeper mental health crisis within the Israeli army, revealing that thousands of soldiers have sought support from military mental health clinics or field psychologists.
