PIJ military spokesperson Abu Hamza says resistance not to back down
Al-Quds Brigades spokesperson Abu Hamza says the Palestinian Resistance has exceeded all of the Israeli occupation's expectations in terms of its response.
The Palestinian Resistance responded to the crimes of the Israeli occupation by launching barrages of rockets toward the occupied Palestinian territories, and it continues to do so, said Thursday Abu Hamza, the spokesperson for the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement's military wing, Al-Quds Brigade.
"By assassinating our senior officials and freedom fighters will only bolster our will to fight against the enemy," Abu Hamza underlined during a televised speech.
Moreover, he underlined that the Palestinian Resistance factions are ready to keep expanding the combat zone, adding that the Resistance was ready for all outcomes no matter the cost.
"The resistance exceeded all of the Zionists' expectations by the nature of its response," Abu Hamza stressed.
"Where are the safety and security promised by occupation Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to his indignant mob?" the Palestinian official said.
He also stressed that the Palestinian resistance was once again underlining the failure of the occupation's policy of assassinations, as well as its commitment to avenging the martyrs.
Resistance capable of harming enemy
The Palestinian resistance factions' joint operations room said it would not back down, and the assassinations will only make it stronger as its revenge continues.
"We say to the cowardly enemy that by heading towards the policy of bombing safe homes, that it is making a miscalculation," the resistance factions said in a statement.
The joint room of the Palestinian resistance factions also made it clear that the resistance was capable of inflicting severe damage upon the enemy.
An Al Mayadeen correspondent reported on Thursday dawn that three Palestinians were martyred in an Israeli airstrike that targeted a residential building in Hamad City, northwest of Khan Yunis, the Gaza Strip.
Ghali was the fourth senior PIJ official to get assassinated in 48 hours. The Israeli occupation launched at Tuesday dawn heinous aggression against the Gaza Strip, targeting civilian homes and several locations, and murdering 26 Palestinians thus far, including women and children.
The Israeli occupation forces said the Israeli Air Force's air raids on Gaza have killed Jihad Ghannam, the chief of the southern command of the PIJ's armed wing, the Al-Quds Brigades, and his wife.
The Israeli occupation's air raids also targeted Islamic Jihad spokesperson Tarek Ezzedine's house. The PIJ official was martyred.
Another martyr was the commander of the northern region of the Islamic Jihad, Commander Khalil Al-Bahtimi.
The bombing of a residential building came despite the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement warning the Israeli occupation that its policy of bombing civilian homes would be met with the relentless shelling of "Tel Aviv" and the occupied Palestinian territories.
The PIJ's warning came after the Israeli occupation forces conducted an air raid on a home in Beit Lahia and another in Beit Hanoun was leveled to the ground by the airstrike.
Surprise at 21:00
Islamic Jihad said there were "surprises coming at the Hour of Al-Bahaa (9 PM)."
The PIJ appealed to all Palestinians in the West Bank, Gaza, and the territories occupied in 1948 at exactly nine o'clock to come out of their houses and voice their solidarity with the Gaza Strip.
"A source in the Palestinian resistance warned the Israeli occupation against any new blunders because the response to it will be targeting new areas deep into the occupied Palestinian territories," the PIJ added.
