PRCS loses contact with staff at Al-Amal hospital amid IOF raids
The organization reported loss of communication amid intensified raids conducted by the IOF.
The Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) on Friday reported it lost communication with its personnel stationed at Al-Amal Hospital in the Gaza city of Khan Yunis, attributing the matter to ongoing aggression by the Israel Occupation Forces (IOF).
"We have completely lost contact with our teams working at Al-Amal Hospital in Khan Yunis due to the continuous occupation raid on the hospital. We are deeply worried about the safety of our teams inside Al-Amal Hospital, as well as the wounded and patients," the PRCS said on X.

Earlier in the day, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza revealed that the number of martyred Palestinians since October 7 has risen to 27,947 while 67,459 others have been injured.
IOF committed 13 massacres in the past 24 hours against families in Gaza resulting in the martyrdom of 107 Palestinians and injury of 142 others.
The ministry also added that several victims are still under the rubble, as the IOF is perpetually preventing ambulances and civil defense crews from reaching them.
