Prominent characteristics of missiles unveiled by Yemeni armed forces

The Yemeni military media reveals the most prominent characteristics of the missiles, which were revealed by the Yemeni army in the recent military parade 'The Promise of the Hereafter'.

The Yemeni military media revealed, on Sunday, the most prominent characteristics of the missiles that the Yemeni army demonstrated in the majestic military parade in the province of Al-Hudaydah situated on the coast of the Red Sea.

During the military parade 'The Promise of the Hereafter', which was held by the fifth military district, the army reviewed missiles and naval weapons, some of which were unveiled for the first time.

The Naval Forces and Coastal Defense displayed the previously exhibited missiles Al-Mandab 1, the long-range cruise missile Al-Mandab 2, and the Falaq 1, which are reportedly 100% locally manufactured. 

The parade also displayed the Rubezh missiles, with radar and thermal guidance, a Russian-made naval missile that experts and engineers in the Yemeni army brought into service after it was out of service.

During the reveal, the head of Yemen's Supreme Political Council, Mahdi Al-Mashat, said that "the high standards that the army has established is one of the gains of steadfastness in the face of arrogance and aggression."

During the presentation, which included land, air, and sea military capabilities demonstrations, Al-Mashat stressed that "the Yemeni armed forces are now able to strike any point in the sea from anywhere in Yemen, not only from the coast."

For his part, the leader of the Ansar Allah movement, Sayyed Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, indicated that "the Yemeni army today, in various fields of confrontation and the development of its capabilities, has reached a great level, and achieved an important level of deterrence."
