Putin: US biological activities in Ukraine threaten Russia, Europe
Putin and Luxembourg PM tackle ongoing Ukrainian shelling of DPR and LPR and discuss Russia-Ukraine talks.
Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed, on Saturday, the current state of Russia-Ukraine negotiations with Luxembourg Prime Minister Xavier Bettel.
"Xavier Bettel informed [Putin] about the contacts with the leaders of Ukraine and a number of other countries. Vladimir Putin outlined his fundamental assessments of the course of negotiations between the Russian and Ukrainian representatives," Putin's office said.
Putin referred to the United States' unacceptable activities in Ukraine in terms of military-biological research, which he described as a threat to both Russia and Europe.
Putin also drew Bettel's attention to the ongoing missile attacks by Ukrainian forces on the Donbass region, which have resulted in numerous civilian casualties, according to the press release.
The head of the Russian National Defense Control Center, Mikhail Mizintsev, said on Saturday that the Ukrainian nationalists are planning provocations involving toxic chemicals in several settlements to blame it on Russian armed forces, with direct support from the US and a number of EU countries.
It is worth mentioning that Moscow has repeatedly called for the release of data on military biological activities of the pentagon in third-world countries, but the West keeps blocking the initiative.
