The Commander of Iran's IRGC Quds Force, Brigadier General Esmail Qaani, said that Tehran will set the stage for revenge from the US from inside their own homes, and through people close to them.

Qaani said in a word on Thursday, at an international conference on the Resistance Front in Iran that they are dealing with their enemies and the assassination of General Qassem Soleimani in their own manner, as "our comportment", behavior and context differs from the enemy's.

The Quds Force leader said that the US would be better off if people possessing good reason and conscience pursued the murderers of General Soleimani, as this would be much less taxing than if the resistance front, which knows no borders, were to do go ahead and do it itself.

In any case, he said, the revenge has begun. "They think that the matter was over with their assassination of Martyr Soleimani," but his blood has made the blood of the resistance boil, he added.

Qaani stressed that the US' roots will be removed from the region, warning the US to leave Iraq, otherwise the Resistance front will not allow them to rest, and then they will leave Iraq even more shamefully than they left Afghanistan.
