Raisi: Iran present throughout region, US has failed to isolate us
Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi asserts that the United States has "failed to isolate Iran," and calls on Iranians to be cautious as the US unfolds schemes for chaos.
Iran's President Ebrahim Raisi, on Friday, said to US President Joe Biden during a speech on the National Day against Global Arrogance that "Iran liberated itself 43 years ago, and will remain free."
Furthermore, Raisi blatantly stated, "The United States, supports ISIS and terrorist groups, then portrays itself as a protector of human rights."
He then continued to say that "anyone who stands with acts of chaos and destabilization in Iran, let him know that they support the United States and its sinister plans in Iran," adding that "those who contribute to chaos and riots stand against the revolution and its path, and vice-versa."
The Iranian president pointed out that "the Americans want to block our oil exports and isolate Iran, but they have failed," adding that "Iran is present in every equation in the region," stressing that "no equation in the region can succeed without Iran's approval."
Moreover, Raisi noted that Iran stands "strong thanks to the blood of our martyrs, the teachings of the late Imam Khomeini, and the presence of our people across Iran," significantly reminding the world that "Martyr Qassem Soleimani has become a great role model for the fight against terrorism and corruption."
Raisi addressed the Iranian people, saying: "O' honorable people, dear youth, we must be careful and insightful about the enemies' plans. The enemy wants to rob us of our capabilities, our self-esteem, and our self-confidence, as they target the unity and harmony of our people as well as our development, hope, and strength."
The Iranian president also stressed, in this context, that "the Iranian people will not be captive as they were in the time of the Shah, and will remain steadfast in the face of the plots and schemes of the enemies," adding that "the Iranian people will stand tall before your [US] schemes, as we have all seen what you have done in Afghanistan and Syria in the name of freedom."
Raisi also stressed that "despite all the plans and the embargo, Iran still marches on the path toward progress and prosperity."
