Renewed airstrikes have taken place in Yemen after Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported two US airstrikes on the Bani Ma'adh area in Sahar District, Saada Governorate, northern Yemen.
This comes as the US continues its aggression on Yemen, savagely bombing various parts of the country on a near-daily basis.
The US launched attacks on various parts of Yemen early on March 28, according to Al Mayadeen's correspondent.
Earlier on Saturday evening, the US aggression targeted the eastern part of Saada city with three airstrikes, and the Al Salem area in the Kitaf district, east of the same governorate, with four airstrikes.

The head of Yemen’s Supreme Political Council, Mahdi al-Mashat, stated on Saturday that the US aggression against Yemen is in support of the Israeli occupation’s crimes against the Palestinian people, stressing that they are a failure and have resulted only in the killing of children and women and the targeting of civilian infrastructure.
In a speech marking Eid al-Fitr, al-Mashat expressed sorrow that Yemenis were celebrating the holiday while their brothers in Gaza were being massacred. However, he took solace in the fact that the Yemeni people had not abandoned Gaza.
He praised Yemen’s stance, highlighting military operations and the blockade of Israeli-linked shipping in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden. He also pointed to the massive demonstrations on International al-Quds Day as proof of Yemen's unwavering support for Palestinians in Gaza, the West Bank, and occupied al-Quds.
Al-Mashat stated that the Yemeni Armed Forces remain actively engaged in strategic confrontations against aggressors, including aircraft carriers and warships. He noted that they had successfully thwarted several enemy attacks and would continue to resist until victory was achieved.
He emphasized that US aggression would not deter Yemen from fulfilling its duty toward Palestine and its own people. Instead, he asserted that it would only strengthen Yemen’s military capabilities and challenge American dominance.
Concluding his address, al-Mashat affirmed Yemen’s resilience, stating that the country possesses both the experience and determination to teach its enemies a lesson they have failed to learn from past and ongoing wars against Yemen.
