Republican Representative in the US Congress, Marjorie Taylor Greene, presented 3 resolutions calling for the impeachment of US President Joe Biden.

In a tweet on Twitter, Greene said that she submitted resolutions to impeach Joe Biden for his dereliction of duty in Afghanistan.

She said that the impeachment articles are also due to "his violations of immigration law causing a national security crisis on our Southern Border," and to what she described as "his usurping of Congressional power by ignoring the SCOTUS."

On Friday, US President Joe Biden said that more than 6 thousand US troops are present to secure the evacuation of Afghans who cooperated with US forces in Afghanistan. In addition, humanitarian organizations are calling on Biden to postpone the withdrawal deadline.

It is worth noting that a recent poll showed a relative decline in the popularity of Biden after the defeat in Afghanistan.

The Biden administration tried to deflect blame for the repercussions of the US withdrawal from Afghanistan, but the US citizens did not accept that. According to the newspaper's poll, 36% of Americans believe that Biden is responsible for the current crisis in Afghanistan. Meanwhile, 21% blame Trump, while 29% say that it's neither Trump's nor Biden's fault.
