Report details how every Israeli kill in Gaza was planned, intentional
"Nothing happens by accident. When a 3-year-old girl is killed in a home in Gaza, it’s because someone in the army decided it wasn’t a big deal for her to be killed," a source told reporters.
An investigation by +972 Magazine and Local Call made the revelation that each martyr's death was fully intentional on account that "Israel's" current genocidal campaign in the Gaza Strip has seen an expansion in the authorization to bomb non-military targets, a loosening of restrictions regarding civilian casualties, and the use of an Artificial Intelligence system, known as "Habsora" ("The Gospel"), to generate more potential targets than before.
This approach has contributed to one of the deadliest military campaigns against Palestinians since 1948, the report says.
The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) targeting of 'power targets', which refers to residential buildings, public infrastructure, and high-rise blocks, is specifically aimed at exerting pressure on Palestinian civil society and creating a shock that would lead civilians to pressure the Palestinian Resistance.

The investigation indicates that the IOF knowingly approved actions that caused significant civilian casualties in pursuit of "high-profile" targets.
It also says that the use of the Habsora AI system allowed for the rapid generation of targets, contributing to a large number of attacks on residential homes, even those without known or apparent ties to resistance groups.
"The Israeli army has files on the vast majority of potential targets in Gaza — including homes — which stipulate the number of civilians who are likely to be killed in an attack on a particular target," the report states, adding that "this number is calculated and known in advance to the army’s intelligence units, who also know shortly before carrying out an attack roughly how many civilians are certain to be killed."
The investigation further highlights a shift in policy, indicating that the IOF has targeted high-rise buildings without giving any warnings to evacuate civilians.
The investigation points out that the strategy of attacking "power targets" was originally intended to shock Gaza but not necessarily cause significant civilian casualties. However, evidence suggests that some high-rises were toppled without prior warning, resulting in substantial civilian casualties.

The report contextualizes these actions within the broader military strategy known as the "Dahiya Doctrine," developed to use overwhelming force and target civilian infrastructure to establish deterrence and pressure civilian populations.
"Nothing happens by accident. When a 3-year-old girl is killed in a home in Gaza, it’s because someone in the army decided it wasn’t a big deal for her to be killed — that it was a price worth paying in order to hit [another] target. We are not Hamas. These are not random rockets. Everything is intentional. We know exactly how much collateral damage there is in every home," one source told the reporters.
The investigation claims that the current war in Gaza represents an unprecedented scale of attacks on "power targets", aiming not only to harm Palestinian morale but also to boost morale inside "Israel."
Resistance remains grounded
Earlier in the day, Politico said in a report that "Hamas' rule" appears to be unaffected by the Israeli war on Gaza, as seen by its capacity to carry out intricate discussions, uphold the cease-fire with other armed factions, and plan the liberation of hostages.
Politico speculated that Yehya Sinwar and other top Hamas figures have probably moved south.
Following almost 2 months of war, the Israelis have failed to reach any of the Resistance's high-ranking officials, falling short of accomplishing their announced war goals.
"Israel" and the resistance had agreed to extend a temporary truce by another day, as reported by Qatar, which has been mediating between the two sides.
The extension was announced moments before the truce was set to expire at 7 a.m. (0500 GMT) on Thursday.
The Qatari Foreign Ministry stated that the truce would continue under the same terms as before, involving the release of 10 Israeli captives per day in exchange for the release of 30 Palestinian prisoners.
