The military spokesperson of the Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement, Abu Hamza, stated that occupied al-Quds unified the battlefields this year, warning that any act against al-Quds and Al-Aqsa Mosque would ignite the region ablaze.

In a statement commemorating World Quds Day, Abu Hamza said that the events on the battlefield prove that the Resistance is committed to Operation Al Aqsa Flood and remains determined militarily, and in the popular and security areas.

"What is happening in the Gaza Strip requires responsibility to offer our blood in the fight against the Zio-American arsenal," adding that "the Resistance continues confronting the aggression in Gaza, the West Bank, and Lebanon, and its field presence proves that it rejects the occupation and will continue combating it under the principle of the unity of the battlefields."

Abu Hamza also stated, "With the backing of support fronts, we continue confronting the Israeli occupation on all combat axes, in response to the Israeli aggression targeting Palestinian civilians."

Abu Hamza commended the Islamic Resistance, Hezbollah, in Lebanon and Iraq, Yemen, Syria, and the Islamic Republic of Iran. He also saluted the masses who came out in Jordan in solidarity with Gaza, stressing that their voices echoed in Gaza.

He pointed out that "the pure blood in Palestine has begun to blossom from Jordan to Tunisia, Bahrain, and others," vowing "We promise you victory and that the resilience of the Palestinian people will be a model for all the peoples of the world."
