Resistance destroys 5 Merkavas using unexploded IOF rockets
Al-Qassam Brigades reports that the fighting, which has been continuously ongoing since yesterday, resulted in a significant number of Israeli casualties.
According to statements issued by different Palestinian factions in Gaza, Resistance fighters have been engaged in fierce armed confrontations with the invading forces in the Jabaliya area, north of the Gaza Strip, since yesterday.
Al-Qassam Brigades
The Al-Qassam Brigades stated that their fighters were employing IEDs, al-Yassin 105 tandem RPGs, and TBG charges during the confrontations.
Al-Qassam noted that the fighting is ongoing, resulting in a significant number of Israeli casualties.
They added that one of their fighters managed to kill four Israeli soldiers from point-blank range in the Qassasib neighborhood in the Jabaliya camp in the north of the Gaza Strip.
They also noted that their fighters successfully destroyed five Merkava tanks, using unexploded Israeli rockets which were fired earlier during the aggression at civilian residential units in Jabalia.
The Brigades confirmed that their fighters were able to detonate a booby-trapped tunnel in the central Gaza Strip, targeting an Israeli special force unit, engaged in intense clashes in that area, and then targeted the reinforcement rescue teams using heavy-caliber mortar shells.
Additionally, it was reported that the occupation's field command operation rooms in the southern axis of Gaza City were also pummeled with heavy-caliber mortar shells.

Al Quds Brigades
On their part, Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement, stated, "We monitored a limited infiltration of occupation vehicles into the eastern edge of Rafah, and we bombarded them with a barrage of heavy-caliber mortar shells, achieving confirmed injuries."
They also announced targeting a Merkava tank with a Tandem RPG in the vicinity of Abu Sharakh roundabout in the northern axis of the Gaza Strip.
National Resistance Brigades
Additionally, the National Resistance Brigades (the forces of the martyr Omar al-Qassem) stated that its forces launched a barrage of rockets towards "Holit" and "Kissufim," and managed to snipe an Israeli soldier stationed at the Bahalul station axis in Sheikh Radwan, leaving direct hits.
They confirmed causing severe losses to the occupation during their clashes with it on Abu Holi Street.
