According to statements issued by different Palestinian factions in Gaza, Resistance fighters have been engaged in fierce armed confrontations with the invading forces in the Jabaliya area, north of the Gaza Strip, since yesterday.

Al-Qassam Brigades

The Al-Qassam Brigades stated that their fighters were employing IEDs, al-Yassin 105 tandem RPGs, and TBG charges during the confrontations.

Al-Qassam noted that the fighting is ongoing, resulting in a significant number of Israeli casualties.

They added that one of their fighters managed to kill four Israeli soldiers from point-blank range in the Qassasib neighborhood in the Jabaliya camp in the north of the Gaza Strip.

They also noted that their fighters successfully destroyed five Merkava tanks, using unexploded Israeli rockets which were fired earlier during the aggression at civilian residential units in Jabalia.
