Resistance factions target US base in Conoco: Al Mayadeen sources
Just two days after being struck by missiles, the Resistance factions reported that the US base in the Conoco gas field, north of Deir Ezzor in eastern Syria, was targeted with yet another barrage of missiles.
Al Mayadeen's sources reported on Thursday evening that Resistance factions launched a significant rocket salvo targeting the US occupation base located in the Conoco gas field, situated north of Deir Ezzor in eastern Syria.
Only two days prior, the US occupation base in the Conoco gas field was targeted, with Al Mayadeen's sources reporting that Resistance factions launched multiple rockets at the site.
The same sources indicated that a missile attack was launched from the International Coalition base in the Conoco gas field, targeting the Huwayjah Sakr area and the eastern outskirts of Deir Ezzor, which are under Syrian army control. Fortunately, no damage was reported from this attack.
The sources noted that US occupation forces stationed at the occupied Syrian field bombarded the village of Marat, located in the Deir Ezzor countryside.
Al Mayadeen's correspondent stated that four civilians were injured at the time, including a woman, while six artillery shells impacted the perimeter of the towns of Jufra and Saker Island, as a result of the US aggression.
