Resistance foiling every Israeli bid to invade: MP Fadlallah
Loyalty to the Resistance Bloc MP Hassan Fadlallah says the Israeli occupation is losing drastically in the face of the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon.
The Resistance's missile strikes will persist until the Israeli occupation ceases its aggression, Lebanese MP Hassan Fadlallah, a member of the Loyalty to the Resistance bloc, said on Wednesday, warning that any new Israeli assassination would be met with an unwavering commitment to Lebanon's right to self-defense.
Speaking at a conference in the Lebanese Parliament, Fadlallah discussed the Israeli occupation's ongoing aggression, stating that its broader goal is "to dismantle Hezbollah and establish a new balance of power in the region." He asserted, however, that "the Resistance will not allow the enemy to impose its conditions on our country."
Fadlallah described Hezbollah as an essential national force, saying, "The Resistance is a national necessity, irreplaceable in preventing the Zionist entity from colonizing our land. It remains strong, enduring, and steadfast." He underscored that Hezbollah's leadership, led by Sheikh Naim Qassem, oversees the course of the war, with steadfast support from Iran, in line with its historical role.
Hezbollah united, firm in defense of Lebanon
On the battlefield, Fadlallah noted that "Israel dares not show its head or its tanks in the areas it infiltrated, as Resistance missiles respond swiftly." He added that Israeli forces are forced to fight from a distance, unable to hold ground against Hezbollah's fighters.
He further explained that Israeli attempts to establish control near the border towns have failed, with Resistance fighters firmly blocking their advances, particularly near the town of al-Khiam. Fadlallah underlined that Israeli forces had attempted to advance toward al-Khiam but faced fierce resistance, preventing them from gaining any foothold.
The Resistance, he continued, has thwarted all attempts at infiltration in al-Khiam, launching missiles from the south of the Litani River toward Israeli troop groupings across the border.
Addressing the Resistance fighters, Fadlallah stated, "I say to my brothers in the Resistance, your people stand with you, praying for your victory day and night. You have risen to the immense national responsibility upon you, answering the call of your people." He said the situation in southern Lebanon was indescribable, beyond what words or images can capture.
Fadlallah reaffirmed Hezbollah's unity, stating, "Hezbollah today stands as one courageous force, unwavering in its path to defend its people and country."
He also touched on the issue of displaced individuals, emphasizing that it remains a constant item on the agenda of Hezbollah's meetings and discussions with various parliamentary blocs. Fadlallah concluded by expressing hope that "the resilience of our people and our resistance will pave the political path to end Netanyahu's arrogance."
