Resistance operations ongoing until aggression on Gaza stops: Iraq
The Secretary-General of Iraqi Kataib Sayyid al-Shuhada notes that the safe withdrawal of US forces from Iraq depends on the secure and continuous arrival of humanitarian aid convoys to Gaza.
The Secretary-General of Iraqi Kataib Sayyid al-Shuhada, Abu Alaa al-Walai, affirmed that the Resistance operations in Iraq will not stop unless Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip cease.
"There will be no truce with the US occupation in Iraq unless a genuine and binding ceasefire is established in the Gaza Strip," he stated.
He further noted that the safe withdrawal of US forces from Iraq depends on the secure and continuous arrival of humanitarian aid convoys to Gaza.
Al-Walai reaffirmed the strong commitment of Islamic resistance in Iraq to support Palestine, its people, and its resistance efforts.
It is worth noting that Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported that a rocket strike targeted US forces at Ain al-Assad base in western Iraq three consecutive times a few hours apart with different weapons that hit their targets.
In the same context, the Secretary-General of the al-Nujaba Movement in Iraq, Sheikh Akram al-Kaabi, said in a new statement on Tuesday that "whoever thinks that political solutions can work is delusional."
Al-Kaabi's statement then noted, "We read this verse with depth and firm faith," stressing that the Resistance in Iraq is ready to face "monsters" and remains unfazed in the face of the "worthless" US threats.
He reaffirmed that the Resistance remains steadfast and that its fighters are not afraid of martyrdom, stressing, "We will not stop, we will not reconcile, we will not retreat."
The Secretary-General also underscored that al-Nujaba remains an "Iraqi Islamic Resistance" referring to the series of attacks against US occupation bases in Iraq and Syria claimed by the Islamic Resistance in Iraq, which comprises multiple Resistance groups across Iraq.
Al-Kaabi highlighted the "American-Zionist crimes in Gaza, the killing of children and civilians, besieging them, starving them," stressing in this regard the "blatant violation of humanity."
