The Russian Armed Forces destroyed 211 Ukrainian facilities and seized a large number of foreign weapons systems during the operation.

Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Maj. Gen. Igor Konashenkov told reporters that the Russian army disabled 211 military infrastructure facilities in Ukraine.

"In total, the Russian Armed Forces disabled 211 facilities of the military infrastructure of Ukraine. Among them, 17 command posts and communication centers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, 19 S-300 and Osa anti-aircraft missile systems, 39 radar stations. Six combat aircraft, 1 helicopter, 5 unmanned aerial vehicles were shot down," he said.

The top military figure added that "sixty-seven tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 16 multiple rocket launchers, 87 units of special military vehicles were destroyed."

Russian armed forces seized a large number of foreign weapons systems during the operation, including the US anti-tank missile system Javelin and the UK's NLAW, Konashenkov noted.

Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the Russian army is successfully carrying out its military mission, preserving security and safeguarding the country.

Putin added: "I want to give the highest appraisal to the actions of Russian soldiers and officers. They act courageously, professionally, heroically. They perform their military duty successfully. They successfully solve the most important task of ensuring the security of our people and our Fatherland."
