Sarkisyan is listed on the notorious Ukrainian state-linked Mirotvorets database, which is frequently referred to as Kiev's "kill list."
The database labels Sarkisyan as a "traitor" collaborating with Russia and “an accomplice to the crimes of the Russian government against Ukraine and its citizens.”
No group, including those affiliated with Ukraine, has claimed responsibility for the attack yet.
