Saada rallies against US decision to prevent oil derivatives entry
The Saada Governorate in Yemen witnessed a mass rally condemning the US blockade of oil derivatives to the country, affirming that confronting it is a legitimate duty.
A massive mass rally took place this morning in the Saada Governorate in Yemen, bearing the slogan "The blockade of oil derivatives is a US decision."
During the rally, participants chanted slogans and carried banners that held the US responsible for the catastrophic repercussions resulting from the continuation of the Saudi-led coalition aggression and the unjust siege on Yemen, as well as the exacerbation of the suffering of the Yemeni people.
Saada's Governor Mohammad Awad explained that the best way to confront the aggression and siege is to mobilize the fighting front.
Awad expressed his support for any steps taken by the Yemeni Armed Forces and the popular committees to confront the aggression.
A statement issued by Al Masirah TV on the rally affirmed that the blockade of oil derivatives and preventing Yemenis from accessing them is a US aggression, affirming that confronting it is a legitimate duty.
It further stressed that closing the Al-Hudaydah port is a war crime, holding the international community and the United Nations responsible for being silent.
It also underscored that the Yemeni people's access to oil derivatives is a basic right guaranteed by all international laws, charters, and laws, noting that violating this right is considered a flagrant violation of human rights.
The statement said the suffering experienced by the Yemeni people in the territories occupied by Hadi's government forces reveals that the aggression's agendas target all Yemenis without exceptions, calling on all free people in those provinces to rise above aggression.
