Yemeni Armed Forces shoot down US-made spy drone
The US spy plane was downed while it was carrying out hostile acts in the border district's airspace.
The Yemeni armed forces announced on Monday the downing of a US-made (Scan Eagle) spy plane, while it carried out hostile acts in the airspace of the border district of Haradh in Hajjah Governorate.
The spokesman for the Yemeni Armed Forces, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, announced that the Yemeni air defense was able to shoot down the US-made plane while it carried out its hostile acts in the airspace of the Haradh district in the Hajjah Governorate.

Saree announced on Friday that Yemen's air defenses downed a UAE-owned US-made MQ9 reconnaissance drone.
Saree tweeted that Yemen's air defenses downed the attack UAV in Al Jawf Governorate, noting that the drone was targeted with a locally-made surface-to-air missile that has not yet been made public.
On February 10, the Brigadier General confirmed that the Yemeni air defenses shot down an armed spy drone that belongs to the Saudi Air Force in the airspace of Haradh District in Hajjah Governorate.
It is noteworthy that the (Scan Eagle) aircraft is characterized by its small size compared to drones in other armies, which facilitates its transportation operations. It is also equipped with an electro-optical camera and another infrared camera.
