Sanaa: Red Sea navigation safe for all ships except Israeli ones
A Deputy Foreign Minister in the Sanaa government says Israeli ships sailing in the Red Sea will remain the target of Sanaa until "Israel" ends its aggression on Gaza.
The Yemeni Ansar Allah movement renewed on Sunday its affirmation to continue preventing Israeli ships from navigating in the Red Sea.
Hussein al-Ezzi, Deputy Foreign Minister in the Sanaa government, said on X, "Certainly, Sanaa is more concerned about the safety of navigation and more respectful of the interests of the world, and this is something we have demonstrated practically throughout the past."
Al-Ezzi reiterated that "navigation in the Red Sea will remain safe and secure for all ships, except for the ships of the criminal entity until it ends its aggression against the children and innocent civilians in the oppressed Gaza."

Israeli media have repeatedly acknowledged that Yemen poses a strategic threat to "Israel" due to its geographic location.
The former head of the Israeli "National Security" Council, Giora Eiland, suggested that "Israel's" problem with the Yemenis is their location in the narrow neck of the Red Sea in its southern part, pointing out that this is a bigger problem than missiles.
Eiland confirmed that the bigger problem is what will happen if the Yemenis decide to stop every Israeli ship, questioning the possibility of continuing sailing from the Red Sea to "Eilat".
Earlier, Deputy Prime Minister of the Sanaa Government for Defense and Security Affairs, Jalal Al-Ruwaishan, touched on the truce in Gaza, saying that the truce only concerns Gaza, noting that the spokesperson for the Yemeni Armed Forces announced that Sanaa's decision to block the Red Sea for the enemy is still valid.
Yemeni Armed Forces Spokesperson Brigadier General Yahya Saree declared on November 19 that all ships owned or operated by Israeli companies or ones bearing the Israeli flag, are now a target to the country's military in support of Gaza, calling on countries to withdraw their citizens operating on such ships.
On the same day after issuing the warning, Yemen openly announced the capturing of one Israeli ship, the Galaxy Leader, and leading it toward the Hodeidah port. However, since then, there have been no public statements of any operations.
