Sanaa targets USS Harry Truman, accompanying warships in Red Sea
The Yemeni Armed Forces renew their attacks on the American aircraft carrier in support of Gaza and in response to the aggression on Yemen.
The Yemeni Armed Forces carried out a top-tier military operation in the Red Sea as part of their support for Gaza and its Resistance and in response to the Israeli-US-UK aggression against Yemen.
A joint operation by the missile and drone forces of the Yemeni Armed Forces targeted the American aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman and a number of its accompanying warships in the northern Red Sa using a number of drones and missiles.
The engagement lasted approximately nine hours and achieved its objectives successfully, forcing the aircraft carrier to flee to the Red Sea's far north, leaving the designated area of operations, a statement issued by the Yemeni Military Media announced.
This marks the fifth targeting of the aircraft carrier since its deployment in the Red Sea.
In their statement, the Yemeni Armed Forces reaffirmed their commitment to supporting the Palestinian Resistance. They declared that their operations would persist until the aggression on Gaza ceases and the blockade is lifted.
US-UK-Israeli aggression targets Yemen as million-man march sets afoot
The Yemeni capital of Sanaa came under heavy attack as the US-UK launched their aggression while Yemen's Sabeen Square was filling up to initiate the weekly million-man marches in solidarity with Gaza.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the aggression targeted the vicinity of Sabeen Square in Sanaa, just as popular crowds were filling the area to showcase their support for the Palestinian people and Gaza Strip, against the Israeli occupation.
Moreover, the US-UK aggression launched 12 airstrikes targeting the Harf Sufyan District, in Amran Governorate. The attacks did not result in any human casualties or military damages, Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported. The port of Hodeidah was also targeted with six airstrikes, Yemeni media announced.
Israeli Channel 4 also reported that following the aggression, the Israeli occupation launched an attack on Sanaa. Meanwhile, "Israel's" Kan broadcaster described the attack as the first joint and coordinated attack on Yemen by the United States and "Israel".
