Martyr Slim, from the town of Sarafand in South Lebanon, was born in 1996 and he has been an SSNP member since 2013, according to a statement released by the party on Friday.
Slim, like other members, volunteered to take part in the party's military wing in 2021 and took part in several military training drills. The martyr's work comes in line with the party's goal of reconstructing its military wing and returning to the battlefield to confront the Israeli occupation.
In its statement, the SSNP reiterated its national vow and its promise to the Palestinian people specifically, to remain on the path of resistance, until the complete liberation of Palestine is achieved.
The military wings of the SSNP and other factions, such as Hamas, the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ), the Islamic Group, and the Amal movement have participated in the operations, targeting Israeli military sites and positions, from South Lebanon.
Leading the operations in South Lebanon is the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon - Hezbollah, which conducted at least 509 operations against 58 Israeli military sites across the border since October 8.
