Stabbing, point-blank combat in al-Qassam complex operation in Jabalia
In a complex operation in northern Gaza, the al-Qassam Brigades fighters eliminate at least five Israeli soldiers.
The al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, announced Saturday that its Resistance fighters successfully eliminated three Israeli soldiers by stabbing them with knives and seizing their weapons, in what it described as "a complex operation" in the Jabalia refugee camp, in the northern Gaza Strip.
The Brigades said its fighters then stormed a house where an Israeli infantry patrol had taken cover, eliminating two soldiers at the house's entrance and engaging in point-blank combat with the others.
The group also said its fighters managed to throw several Israeli-made hand grenades toward a group of soldiers near an armored personnel carrier, causing fatalities and injuries among the soldiers in the same area of Jabalia camp.
Meanwhile, the al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) Movement, reported intense confrontations with Israeli forces in the al-Khalifa and al-Alami areas within the camp.

Al-Qassam announces 'complex security operation' in Jabalia
On Friday, the al-Qassam Brigades announced the first-ever martyrdom operation targeting Israeli occupation forces during the current and ongoing war on the Gaza Strip.
Hamas' military wing said one of its fighters conducted a "complex security operation," where the fighter secured a pathway to execute a one-of-a-kind attack on invading troops in the Jabalia refugee camp.
In detail, a fighter eliminated an Israeli sniper team in the camp, consisting of a sniper and a spotter, seizing their equipment and camouflage.
An hour after executing the initial attack, the fighter disguised himself in Israeli military attire before approaching a force, consisting of six troops. He later detonated an explosive belt he was wearing, resulting in casualties among the invading troops.
This operation follows a stabbing operation conducted by the Brigades in the Jabalia refugee camp, where a fighter stabbed and killed an officer and three soldiers, on Thursday.
The Israeli military later reported that a soldier from the Givati Brigade sustained critical injuries in what it described as an "operational incident" in the southern occupied territories.
