Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Nasser Kanaani (IRNA)
Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Nasser Kanaani on Tuesday pointed out that the more the path of diplomacy and convergence is promoted in West Asia, the further the usurper Israeli occupation's acts of adventurism increase.
"The reason is crystal clear: The existence and survival of the fake Israeli regime have always been based on war, insecurity and provoking disputes in the region, and of course, it has no way out of collapse from within," Kanaani tweeted.

This comes as, in early March, Iran and Saudi Arabia agreed to restore diplomatic relations and re-open their embassies following a series of talks brokered in Beijing, China under the auspices of Chinese President Xi Jinping.
On Sunday, Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan received a phone call from his Iranian counterpart, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, in which the two sides agreed to a date for a meeting.
The state-run Saudi news agency SPA said the two ministers discussed several issues that are of interest to both countries, in addition to discussing the upcoming steps between them in light of the latest agreement, struck between them.
Shamkhani visits UAE after Riyadh-Tehran agreement
Shortly after the agreement was struck, Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of Iran Ali Shamkhani visited the UAE and met with President Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
Shamkhani also met with the ruler of the Emirate of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, who said the UAE's principled policy is based on not allowing a third country to stir up division or use the UAE's geography against Iran.
Syrian-Gulf rapprochement
Afterward, Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad also visited the UAE where he met with Al Nahyan, who reportedly told him that it was time for Damascus to be reintegrated into the wider Arab region.
A couple of weeks ago, Reuters reported that Syria and Saudi Arabia have agreed to restore diplomatic ties and reopen embassies. Relations between the two Arab countries have been severed over a decade ago in 2012 after the global war waged on Syria started.
According to sources, Al-Assad may be invited by Saudi Arabia to the Arab League summit that is due to be hosted in Riyadh on May 19.
Israeli media discussed "Israel's" stark concerns about the Syrian-Gulf rapprochement, warning that the development does not bode well for "Israel".
Damascus, Cairo in advanced discussions to restore ties
In addition, The Wall Street Journal cited sources as saying that Damascus and Cairo are in advanced discussions to restore diplomatic ties.
The newspaper reported that Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad and his Egyptian counterpart Abdel Fattah El-Sisi are set to meet after the holy month of Ramadan.
On Saturday, Egypt's Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry met with his Syrian counterpart Faisal Mekdad in Cairo, a first since over a decade ago, Shoukry's office said.
Shoukry called for a "comprehensive political settlement to the Syrian crisis," while reiterating Cairo's backing for the United Nations special envoy's efforts to resolve the conflict.
The two ministers also agreed "on intensifying channels of communication" between their countries, the statement said.
