The Syrian Foreign Ministry Faisal Mekdad confirmed Syria’s solid stance in resisting the illegal presence of foreign forces on Syrian territories.

In a press conference on Monday, Mekdad assured that Syria will confront with all its power all forms of occupation and "Israeli-Turkish-American terrorism."

The top political figure pointed out that terrorist operations which are committed by ISIS, and Jabhat al-Nusra form clear evidence of the exacerbation of terrorism.

Mekdad emphasized the importance of urgent withdrawal of Turkish forces stationed in northwest Syria, urging the US to "withdraw its forces from Syria without incurring any losses."
