Syria will undoubtedly retaliate against 'Israel': Syrian FM
During his visit to Algeria, the Syrian FM emphasized the need to strengthen Syrian-Algerian bilateralism.
In an interview with an Algerian channel during his visit to Algeria, Faisal al-Miqdad, the Syrian Foreign Minister, expressed support for the Palestinian nation against recurring Israeli crimes and stressed that Syria would definitely respond against Israeli aggression.
"Israel" is notoriously a criminal regime, al-Miqdad said, noting that the aggressions perpetrated against Syria are inseparable from the crimes committed against Palestinians.
"The Zionist regime knows very well that Syria will undoubtedly and publicly retaliate against the latter's crimes in due time," he affirmed.

The Tunisian Foreign Ministry confirmed on Sunday that Syrian Foreign Minister Faisal al-Miqdad would arrive in Tunisia on April 17 for an official three-day visit as the two countries are working on normalizing relations.
In a statement, the Tunisian foreign ministry affirmed that the visit would show the commitment of Damascus and Tunis to restoring a full-fledged bilateral relationship.
Earlier in April, Syrian state news agency SANA reported, citing a joint statement of the leaderships of the two countries, that Damascus decided to reopen its embassy in Tunis and to appoint an ambassador in response to the initiative of Tunisian President Kais Saied, who announced that his country was raising the level of diplomatic representation in Syria in February.
On Wednesday, Syrian newspaper Al Watan reported, citing sources, that al-Miqdad's visit to Tunisia would run alongside Tunis' appointing a new ambassador to Syria, whose credentials have already been sent to Damascus.
