Syrian Army Prevents US Convoy from Entering al-Hasakah
Again, members of the Syrian army and citizens of al-Hasakah governorate prevented a US military patrol from entering the village of al-Damkhiya.
Members of the Syrian army and citizens of al-Hasakah governorate confronted a US military patrol yesterday, preventing it from crossing through al-Damkhiya in the northern countryside of al-Hasakah and forcing it to retreat.
According to the Syrian news agency, SANA, "Syrian Arab Army personnel intercepted a convoy of military vehicles for the US occupation tried to get through al-Damkhiya village in Hasaka northern countryside and forced the convoy to return."

On Sunday, and for the second time this week, the people of Hamo village in Qamishli countryside intercepted a US convoy composed of five military vehicles by throwing stones at it and preventing it from entering their village.
It is noteworthy that sources in northeastern Syria reported to Al-Mayadeen, on October 9, that about 50 US vehicles entered Syria from Iraq, carrying equipment and weapons, in addition to American soldiers who were stationed in Iraq.
