The director of Al Mayadeen's office in the United Kingdom confirmed that the anti-genocide campaigns covered several fields, including universities and sports, noting that protesters in London staged a sit-in in front of shops to demand the boycott of Israeli goods.
Across Europe, demonstrators rallied in solidarity with Palestinians in #Gaza, condemning "Israel’s" ongoing genocide in Gaza, which has now neared its two years.

In Vienna, demonstrators raised slogans condemning the Gaza genocide, chanting “Freedom for Palestine,” with the anti-Zionist Jewish community participating in the demonstration.
Our correspondent in Vienna reported that the demonstration drew several thousand participants, who were preparing to march on parliament as part of a campaign calling for Austrian and European sanctions against "Israel" in condemnation of the aggression against Gaza.
He further revealed that pro-Palestine protests have begun influencing European governmental decisions, signifying a shift in domestic stance and politics on matters related to Palestine.
Europe begins Palestine recognition
Public rage and protest have yielded unprecedented changes in local policies on Palestine. As a result, European countries have now begun preparations to recognize an independent Palestinian state.
The United Kingdom, for example, is following France's lead and is preparing to formally recognize Palestine as early as Friday, a decision that follows "Israel's" failure to meet conditions that might have delayed the move, such as agreeing to a ceasefire in Gaza.
Prime Minister Keir Starmer insisted the step is unrelated to US President Donald Trump's visit. Trump, speaking at a press conference, said he disagreed with the move but declined to elaborate further.
The UK expects fierce criticism from "Israel," which argues that recognition amounts to a reward for the Palestinian Resistance. London has rejected that claim, stressing it envisions only a Palestinian state in which Hamas is disarmed, excluded from governance, and where the Palestinian Authority leadership faces elections within a year.
