UAE National Security Adviser Meets the Emir of Qatar in Doha
In the first visit of an Emirati official to Qatar since the Gulf crisis, the UAE National Security Adviser meets Qatar's Emir Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani in Doha.

The Qatari Emir receives UAE's National Security Adviser.
UAE's National Security Adviser, Tahnoun bin Zayed Al Nahyan, met with the Emir of Qatar, Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, in Doha today - in the first visit of its kind in four years.

The Amiri Diwan said that during the meeting, the two sides reviewed the bilateral relations between the two countries and ways of developing and strengthening them in various fields, in addition to discussing a number of issues of common interest.
The Emirates News Agency said that the meeting also discussed ways of enhancing cooperation between the two countries, especially in the economic and commercial fields. Investment projects that serve common interests were also discussed.
It is noteworthy that this is the first visit of an Emirati official to Qatar since the Gulf crisis in 2017. The crisis ended after the summit of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries hosted by Saudi Arabia in Al'Ula in January 2021.
