UAE President and Ruler of Abu Dhabi dies at 73
The second President of UAE and 16th Ruler of Abu Dhabi passes away.
UAE President and Ruler of Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, passed away earlier this Friday 13th of May, according to the Emirates News Agency (WAM).
Since November 2004, Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan has assumed the Presidency of UAE and served as Ruler of Abu Dhabi. He succeeded his father Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and has since become the second President of UAE and the 16th ruler of Abu Dhabi.
