Ansar Allah leader Sayyed Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi says the Saudi-led coalition's escalation reflects its defeat and weakness as the Axis of Resistance grows stronger.

The United States convinced the UAE to go back to escalating the situation in Yemen, Ansar Allah leader Sayyed Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi said Thursday, noting that they would lose.

"Our people are victorious in every sense of the word due to their sacrifices," Sayyed Al-Houthi said, stressing that the UAE is only escalating at the directions of "Israel", the United States, and the United Kingdom.

The Yemeni people will never experience defeat, he declared, "and victory shall always be by our side."

The UAE, Sayyed Al-Houthi said, is a US tool, "and it failed and suffered due to its aggression[...] those who stood by the United States, the United Kingdom, and 'Israel' in their aggression will sustain defeat."

The top Yemeni official explained that his people would persevere and stand unwavering no matter the aggression and blockade. "Despite all the coalition's escalations and blockades, they have failed before, and they will fail again."

In light of recent developments in Yemen, Sayyed Al-Houthi stressed that the armed forces retreating on certain fronts do not necessarily mean defeat. "We are more serious and determined to deter and fight with patience until victory."

He saw that all changes are in the interests of the Yemeni armed forces, and "that will be evident in the future."

The Saudi-led coalition escalating against Sanaa reflects that it is failing and running out of ways to land a victory, but the Axis of Resistance is only growing stronger and more stable," Sayyed Al-Houthi added.

"Standing unwaveringly in the face of the aggression is part of our multi-level commitment," the Yemeni leader said, calling on his people to adhere to patience and believe in their victory against all the crimes of their enemies that he said reflect the latter's defeat.

The Ansar Allah chief had said Tuesday the Americans and the Israelis were the real enemies of Muslims, "and they seek to exploit problems within the nation to serve their goals."

An informed Yemeni source had told Al Mayadeen the UAE forces' withdrawal from Shabwa reflected an evident defeat at the hands of the Sanaa government forces after they sustained heavy losses to the Yemeni army and popular committees.

The Yemeni armed forces carried out a few days ago a large-scale military operation, Operation Yemen Hurricane III, that targeted the UAE, a state-sponsor of aggression against Yemen.
