Sources told ABC that an important governmental report will clear 'Israel' of violating domestic US law and international law.

The upcoming National Security Memorandum report on the use of United States-supplied weapons does not conclude that "Israel" has violated any law during its war on Gaza, ABC reported, citing people familiar with the matter.

The report is supposed to be submitted to the US Congress soon and does not conclude that "Israel" has violated either US or international law. However, following hundreds of massacres and blatant war crimes, committed via US-supplied weapons, the report does criticize some Israeli actions.

The National Security Memorandum on Safeguards and Accountability With Respect to Transferred Defense Articles and Defense Services (NSM-20) requires recipients of US-supplied weapons to use the weapons in accordance with international humanitarian law and international law as well as promise not to impede the delivery of humanitarian assistance.

"Israel" could be easily found guilty of using the weapons in breach of both IHL and international law, as well as the impediment of humanitarian aid. In fact, US officials have publicly accused "Israel" of not allowing enough aid into the Gaza Strip.

US disregards blatant war crimes

If ABC's sources prove to be correct, the report would be harrowingly ignoring multiple war crimes committed by Israeli occupation forces, that have been sufficient to prompt the International Crimes Court (ICC) to pursue arrest warrants against top Israeli officials.

One of the many Israeli crimes committed via US-supplied weapons was the bombing of the Jabalia refugee camp on multiple occasions, which led to hundreds of casualties among Palestinian civilians. The strikes utilized US-supplied JDAM bunker-buster bombs that were launched toward densely populated residential areas.

Earlier in December 2023, several US officials told The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) that the US supplied "Israel" with the explosives that were used to commit at least one large massacre in Jabalia in November of that year.

Moreover, the US has sent the Israeli occupation thousands of shells and bombs that have kept the occupation's Warmachine alive throughout the war on Gaza. This is not to mention the fact that Israeli occupation forces have murdered civilians, journalists, and emergency workers in the Gaza Strip and South Lebanon. In essence, every airstrike conducted by the Israeli Air Force could be linked to US-supplied fighter jets, precision strike weapons, and "dumb bombs".

Most glaring among these crimes was an Israeli airstrike on the Iranian embassy in Syria, showing that the actions of the rogue Israeli regime have no limits or boundaries.

The list of war crimes committed by the Israeli occupation, facilitated by US weapons, is endless. The fact that a report could, with confidence, say that "Israel" has not violated the conditions of NSM-20 shows inexplicitly Washington's unconditional backing of Israeli military actions, whether confined in the ruling of domestic and international law or not.
