War crimes described and documented following al-Shifa massacre: Hamas
After the discovery of a new mass grave in one of the courtyards of al-Shifa Medical Complex, Hamas states that the horrific scenes, including the decomposing bodies of martyrs, confirm the extent of Israeli fascism.
Hamas Resistance movement said in a statement that the appalling scenes of the newly discovered mass grave, found on Monday in one of the courtyards of Al-Shifa Medical Complex, containing decomposing bodies of martyrs, buried by the Israeli occupation with its military bulldozers before withdrawing from the complex, "once again confirm the boundless extent of this despicable Zionist fascism," that has been "persistent in its practices."
Hamas' statement further added that the Israeli occupation "exploited the shameful international silence regarding gross violations of international law and a genocidal war against our people in the Gaza Strip."
The statement emphasized that this ongoing series of atrocities, discovered in the Al-Shifa Medical Complex and its surroundings, including mass graves, signs of executions, and hundreds of bodies still under the rubble, along with the extensive destruction inflicted upon the complex and its departments, are "in the spotlight of the international community and its political, humanitarian, and judicial institutions, including the International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Court, as documented and described war crimes."
Hamas reiterated its call for these international institutions to "fulfill their role by holding the leaders of this rogue entity accountable immediately."
