Welcoming Hamas approval, captives' families protest across 'Israel'
Israeli captives' families and settlers are protesting to demand the Israeli government accept a ceasefire deal with the Palestinian Resistance.
Several families of Israeli captives held in the Gaza Strip have blocked Tel Aviv's major Ayalon Road and Begin Road, outside the Ministry of Security, demanding their government agree to a deal proposed by mediators that the Islamic Resistance Movement - Hamas agreed to earlier today.

Einav Zangauker, the mother of hostage Matan Zangauker, addressed Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as she was being interviewed by Israeli Channel 12, saying, "This is your hour. Be brave, be a leader. The government and war cabinet should accept the deal. We need our hostages home. Every last one."

Zangauker considers that if the Israeli government misses the chance to agree to the deal, this might be the last chance for her to see her son. This is due to the fact that reports indicate that captives are currently being safely held in Rafah by the Palestinian Resistance.
Previous experiences have shown that Israeli occupation forces' invasions into Palestinian cities have not only led to horrifying death tolls among Palestinians but have also seen the deliberate killing of Israeli captives by their forces.
A group representing Israeli captives' families has also welcomed the deal that Hamas agreed to, saying that the movement's announcement will push forward the return of 132 Israeli captives.
"It is now time for the Israeli government to turn its commitments toward its citizens into action. The cabinet should take Hamas' approval and turn it into a deal to return everyone (all captives)," the group stated.
Protesters in al-Quds demand deal
In occupied al-Quds, protesters demonstrated in support of a captives deal and against the continuation of the war on Gaza in Paris Square.
Hundreds of protesters are chanting for an immediate hostage deal.
”Bibi is abandoning the hostages!” the demonstrators shouted.
Hundreds of Israelis take to the streets, marching towards Netanyahu's headquarters in occupied Jerusalem, demanding him to accept the ceasefire deal agreed upon by Hamas.#Israel #Hamas the IDF| Target Israel

On his part, Israeli opposition leader Yair Lapid said if the government wanted to truly return the captives, it would hold an urgent meeting to discuss the issue and send negotiating teams to Cairo, Egypt, where mediators are working on reaching a deal between the two sides.
Lapid accused the Israeli government of "breaking the hearts" of Israeli captives' families by disseminating information through Israeli media outlets via anonymous sources in a "hysteric" manner.
On the other side of the Israeli political spectrum, the far-right Israeli Police Minister, Itamar Ben-Gvir, said that there is only one answer to Hamas' approval, which he believed is political maneuvering.
For Ben-Gvir, a response to Hamas' constructive agreement would be "an immediate order to conquer Rafah, increase military pressure, and continue to crush Hamas until it is utterly defeated."

Israeli police forces are trying to remove captives families and protesters who are blocking traffic on Tel Aviv’s Ayalon Highway, banging drums, blowing on bullhorns, lighting fires, and calling for a deal before a Rafah operation.
