West Bank Resistance confronts IOF raids with gunfire, explosives

Fierce armed confrontations erupted early Monday between Palestinian Resistance fighters and Israeli occupation forces in the Jenin refugee camp square in the occupation West Bank, across several axes.

Sources told Al Mayadeen that Israeli forces stormed the city of Jenin from the al-Jalameh checkpoint, lifting the barriers and obstacles set up by the Resistance at the western entrance to the camp.

Al Mayadeen's sources mentioned that Israeli forces brought significant reinforcements accompanied by military bulldozers during the storming of Jenin. It was also circulated that Israeli occupation forces surrounded the Ibn Sina Hospital in the city.

Local media also reported Israeli incursions into al-Khalil, Tubas, and the town of Meithalun south of Jenin, confirming that Palestinian Resistance fighters opened gunfire toward the raiding soldiers.

Journalist Amro Manasrah mentioned that Israeli forces conducted raids on homes in and around the Jenin refugee camp, reporting confrontations between the Resistance and occupation forces in the central neighborhoods of the Jenin camp.

In the same context, Al-Quds Brigades – Jenin Brigade released footage showing an Israeli occupation soldier falling into a well-orchestrated ambush and getting shot at point blank in the Harat al-Damj axis during the Israeli forces' incursion into the camp.

Simultaneously, Palestinian Resistance fighters targeted Israeli occupation forces with an explosive device during their incursion into the Balata refugee camp east of Nablus, as per Al Mayadeen's sources.

The sources confirmed that Israeli forces were met with "strong resistance and explosive devices during their incursion into the Balata camp, which prompted them to withdraw rapidly and illogically shortly after the incursion."

Israeli occupation forces also raided the Deir Ammar camp west of Ramallah in the occupied West Bank.

Meanwhile, the Tulkarm Brigade announced that its fighters targeted an Israeli heavy military vehicle of type D9 with an explosive device in the al-Shouhada Street in the al-Manshiya neighborhood, causing damage to it.

On Sunday, the Tulkarm Brigade engaged in intense confrontations with Israeli forces that raided the Nur Shams camp in the city of Tulkarm, north of the West Bank.

Additionally, the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades – Rapid Response affirmed that its fighters engaged in confrontation at multiple axes in Tulkarm, damaging more than one Israeli military vehicle.
