The al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades - Nablus announced early Monday morning that its fighters engaged in fierce confrontations with the Israeli occupation forces storming the Balata refugee camp using machine gun weapons and explosive devices, and targeted Israeli military vehicles with Aqsa-1 explosive devices.

The al-Quds Brigades - Nablus, accompanied by Palestinian freedom fighters, were able to confront the Israeli forces during the storming of Balata camp in the Martyrs' Monument axis, raining heavy volleys of bullets on their soldiers. The fighters were also able to blow up a military bulldozer with an explosive device, heavily damaging it.

Israeli occupation forces stormed Balata refugee camp east of Nablus early Monday and destroyed the property of civilians. As the bombardment began, the Palestinian Red Crescent reported that its teams were treating two critical injuries.
